12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
You agree that any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this site or your purchase of I1CHR products shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Indian River County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Any claim or cause of action you may have relating to this site or I1CHR products must be commenced within one (1) year after it arises.

14. General Provisions
