Our Guarantee
Chicken Hawk Racing stands behind our merchandise 100%. We are committed to delivering high-quality products in good condition. If your purchase is not satisfactory, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement or a refund, subject to the conditions below. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
All order cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.
Before You Return an Item

Return Conditions
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and include the original paperwork.
- Items returned for any reason other than a defect must be unused. We cannot accept returns of, or issue refunds for, used merchandise.
- Non-defective returns of standard stock items (stock size, color, etc.) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please return it along with a copy of your invoice and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund. The restocking fee does not apply to defective items.
For defects that arise after the 30-day return period, please refer to our Warranty & Repair Policy.
Items Damaged in Shipping
All Chicken Hawk Racing shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
Refunds
Approved refunds, less any applicable fees, will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. We will process your request in a timely manner.
